Shipping & Delivery Policy

PDFZivo provides online PDF and document tools, subscription plans and AI Credit. All products and services are digital and delivered electronically over the internet. There is no physical product, and nothing is shipped by courier or post.

As soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment gateway, the purchased plan or AI Credit is activated on your PDFZivo account automatically. You can start using the paid features right away from your dashboard — there is no shipment, tracking number or physical delivery involved.

Activation is normally instant. In the rare case where a payment needs manual confirmation, activation may take up to a few hours. If your plan or AI Credit is not active shortly after a successful payment, please contact us and we will resolve it quickly.

Because everything is delivered online to your account, we do not charge any shipping, handling or delivery fees, and we do not require a shipping address for the service. Any address collected at checkout is used only for billing, tax and invoicing purposes.

If you have paid but cannot access your plan or AI Credit, first refresh your dashboard and check that you are signed in with the account used at checkout. If the problem persists, contact us with your account email and payment reference and we will confirm delivery.
