Delivery Note Maker

Goods moved; the delivery note proves what and how many. Itemized contents, the order it fulfils, and a signature line for receipt — the document (challan, in Indian usage) that travels with every shipment worth tracking. Business document tools are free for signed-in users; your records are saved to your workspace, and your region (not language) decides currency and tax options.

What the delivery note does

At handover, the receiver checks the goods against the note's lines and signs — creating the record that this shipment, with these contents, arrived on this date. Short-shipment claims, damage disputes and \"we never got it\" all resolve against that signature.

Note vs. invoice

The delivery note lists quantities without necessarily pricing them — it is a goods document, not a payment demand. It references the PO or order it fulfils and the invoice that will follow (or accompanies). In India, transport documentation rules can apply to goods movement — the challan is standard practice there.

Numbered and matched

Sequential delivery note numbers let order, shipment and invoice reconcile cleanly. Saved records keep your dispatch history.
